Dispenser operating rules

Follow these rules to keep your dispenser working safely and for a long time

1. After transport

After transport, wait 2 hours before plugging the dispenser in, so that the freon circulates properly.

2. Connecting to power

Plug the dispenser in only when water flows from the hot water tap (meaning there is water in the tank), especially after installing a new bottle.

Do not plug in if:
  • no water flows from the hot water tap,
  • the tank is empty.

3. When the bottle runs out

Once the bottle has run out, do not draw water from the taps, so that the tanks do not empty while the dispenser is plugged in.

If you are not installing a new bottle right away, the dispenser must be unplugged.

4. Sanitary cleaning

The dispenser must undergo sanitary cleaning at least twice a year — in summer (May–June) and in autumn (November–December).

5. Long periods of non-use

If the dispenser will not be used for more than 1 week:

  1. unplug it,
  2. drain the water from the tanks through the special tap at the back.
Caution: the water may be boiling hot. If not drained, the water left in the tanks may spoil.
