Exchange

Any product can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, whether it was bought online or in the store.

A product bought in the store is exchanged in the same store where it was bought.

For an exchange, a receipt is mandatory.

Product returns

Any product can be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt of the order.

• The product must be unused
• It must be in saleable condition
• It must be in its original packaging

The main condition for a return is having the receipt.

A product bought in the store is returned to the same store where it was bought.

Refunds

If the returned product meets the conditions above, the money will be refunded by the same method the payment was made.

For card payments, the money will be returned to the card within a few days, depending on the bank servicing the card.
