Ordering
- How do I order water
- Pick a product in the catalog, add it to the cart and check out with your address, phone and payment method. No account needed. You can also call +374 60 504050 or write in the chat on the site.
- Why do I need to confirm my phone
- The courier calls before delivery, and the SMS code checks the number is yours. It is done once, at checkout.
- Is there a minimum order
- No minimum amount. With a 19 L bottle in the order delivery is free whatever the total; without a big bottle it is free from 10 000 ֏, otherwise 500 ֏.
- Can I cancel or change an order
- Yes, until the courier leaves: call +374 60 504050. An order already on its way cannot be cancelled.
- How do I track my order
- You get an order number after checkout. Check the status on the “Track order” page with the number and your phone.
Payment
- How can I pay
- By card on the site (ArCa, Visa, Mastercard, 3D Secure), via Idram, or in cash to the courier. Companies can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
- Is card payment safe
- Payment goes through the bank’s secure page with 3D Secure. Card details are not stored on our site.
- Will I get a receipt or invoice
- Yes. A receipt for cash and card payments; companies get an electronic invoice with the tax ID (ՀՎՀՀ).
Delivery
- How much is delivery
- Free if the order contains a 19 L bottle or the total is above 10 000 ֏. Otherwise 500 ֏.
- When will it arrive
- The next day between 09:00 and 18:00. We take orders around the clock. Orders placed on days off arrive within 1–2 days.
- Which areas do you cover
- All 12 administrative districts of Yerevan. For nearby suburbs, please check by phone. The full list is on the “Delivery areas” page.
- Will the courier carry the water upstairs
- Yes, we deliver to the door of your flat or office.
- Can I choose a delivery time
- Write a convenient time window in the order comment; the courier calls on the way.
- What if my order is late
- Call +374 60 504050 or email [email protected] and we will check where the courier is.
Bottles
- What is the difference between the 19 L and 18.9 L bottles
- The 19 L PET bottle is disposable: no return needed, sold to everyone. The returnable 18.9 L bottle is sold to companies, and the courier swaps empties for full ones.
- What do I do with empty bottles
- Hand returnable 18.9 L bottles to the courier at the next delivery. Disposable PET bottles are not returned.
- Do I need a dispenser or a pump
- At home an electric pump is enough, and it is in the catalog. A dispenser is free with 8 or more 19 L bottles a month, otherwise 4,000 ֏ a month.
- How do I look after the dispenser
- Sanitise it every 3–6 months and use clean hands and a cap when changing the bottle. Details on the “Dispenser care” page.
Water
- What kind of water is Garni Crystalline
- Spring water from Garni that goes through multi-stage purification while keeping its useful minerals. Production is certified to ISO 9001 and HACCP.
- What sizes are available
- Bottles of 0.33 L, 0.5 L, 1 L, 1.5 L, 6 L and 10 L, plus big bottles: 19 L disposable and 18.9 L returnable. There is also sparkling water and Garni Cola.
- How long can an opened 19 L bottle be kept
- Use it within 7 days and keep it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
- Is the water suitable for children
- Yes, it is ordinary drinking spring water. For kids there are 0.5 L “Girl” and “Boy” bottles.
For companies
- How does an office order
- Enter the company name and tax ID (ՀՎՀՀ) at checkout or sign in with a company profile. You get the returnable 18.9 L bottle and bank-transfer payment.
- Can we get water regularly without ordering every time
- Yes, agree the delivery days and quantity with a manager: +374 60 504050. The courier comes on schedule and swaps the bottles.
- What documents do you provide
- An electronic invoice and a contract on request.
- Is there a discount for large volumes
